Delete Account
Permanently delete your Cashly AI account
Warning: This Action Cannot Be Undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our servers, including:
- All financial data (incomes, expenses, loans, goals, budgets)
- AI chat history and conversations
- Account settings and preferences
- Subscription information
- All other associated data
This action is permanent and cannot be reversed. Your data will be deleted within 30 days and cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Through the App
- Open the Cashly AI app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll to "Account Actions"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Contact Support
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@cashlyapp.org with your account email address and request account deletion.
